Cadence Construction and Design was very professional in the services they provided. Patrick’s design suggestions helped enhance what we had already designed ourselves, to create a totally unique space. They worked with 3rd party companies to co-ordinate our gas fireplace, and stair installation with minimal involvement from us. The almost daily update from Rachael was great to ensure we both were on the same page in what was completed and what was still to be done. Would gladly recommend to friends and family.

I had interviewed a few contractors for my master bathroom reno but when I met Rachael and Patrick my search was over. They listened to what I wanted, offered their input on design ideas and when it was all said and done- came in on budget! Rachael and I met on 3 separate occasions to go fixture, tile and lighting shopping. I couldn’t have pulled this masterpiece together without her help! They delivered the master bathroom retreat I was looking for. While they were there I also got them to renovate my laundry room which is now so inviting I actually look forward to doing laundry!

Our renovation included 3 washrooms, installation of HVAC and vents, removal of wallpaper and carpets and installation of laminate and sanding and finish of hardwood floors, painting, kitchen redesign, and probably a lot more not listed. As our general contractor, Cadence Construction and Design went above and beyond what we would have expected. For such a big project, we went in expecting lots of issues and delays. To our surprise, whenever issues arose, They dealt with them while keeping us informed of what was happening. While stressful at times due to the scope of the project, we never felt neglected and it was truly a collaborative effort working with the Cadence team. Pat, Jason, Rachael, and the rest of her team were a pleasure to work with. We are already planning our next projects with them, and would gladly recommend them for jobs big and small.
